it took 6 days for parcel to be collected i have lost pay from work having to wait in every day and now have bad feedback on ebay as late

When arranging a collection can labels be sent straight to person collecting from in an email.

Good reasonably charged courier a smaller time window for collection and delivery would be most helpful as a whole day is often taken up

Can't fault collection and delivery but tracking didn't work which is essential to get confirmation on delivery.
