I didn't understand the 'T' and 'VL' statuses on the delivery status screen. That's my only gripe.

The courier is working on their tracking technology and later this year we hope to bring a much improved tracking facility for all DX bookings.
Package left at recipients neighbour but no card left. Neither them nor I knew it had been delivered

The parcel was not collected I had to take it to Courier when they delivered the item was smashed to pieces
