I have yet to hear back after making a claim over 2 weeks ago for a parcel that did not get picked up (having booked next day guaranteed)

Our Response: I can't find a record of you booking a guaranteed service with us. All guaranteed services relate to the delivery side of the service as explained at the time of booking.

quick and easy. But I could not use my debit card as it would not allow me to type in a billing address. Not useful for buying a gift.

Great service, very simple procedure with no hassle. Specifying a pick-up time period would be useful but that may be down to the courier.

I have repeatedly entered my tracking number (PM1727288) to check if the parcel was successfully delivered but it never works, not happy
