i use PM for both personal and bussiness, only thing i would say come be improved is the hours drivers collect parcels 9-5 is good..

My parcel was initially delivered to the wrong recipient which is why it was refused... Maybe driver should have investigated a little more.

Would be good to be able to pay by PayPal, but otherwise a great service!

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.
Address Queried. Notice of this was not given until a week later! Unacceptable delay!

We would love to but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
One day late in collecting!! Overall, good service & have provided a good service consistently for several months. Gr8 service 4 Fair Price!
