Parcel was collected on the day and delivered the day after. I would prefer if the courier could give an am or pm for collection.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

As always, easy to request cost & book collection. Highly recommend for all parcels. Saves trip to post office, and cheaper too.
