You failed to attempt to collect the item and it had to be rebooked thus delaying the delivery to our client..

Cheerless but cheap. Complete lack of support when problems occur. No one you can call and speak to when it goes horribly wrong.

Much better this time round. My first experience was a poor one but the two most recent were spot on.

Items booked via yourselves where City-Link are the courier are always on time. Real-Time tracking info is brilliant.

At one point the tracking webpage said the parcel was in Germany when it was meant to be going to Italy - caused some concern
