Didn't collect and the courier opened the door and entered the house without permission

Our Response: So they came in the house but did not collect the parcel!!!
Courier didn't turn up until 3rd day.I waited in for 2 days.Customer services responded but I had to keep chasing them to keep me informed.

a parcel was not collected until 2 days after pick up time. this was very inconvenient as we could not track it and wasted 2 days waiting.

Our Response: Your order was placed on the 6th, collected on the 7th and delivered and signed for by "Mcdongh" at 13;50 on Friday 8th February. The tracking also works perfectly well for this order :-)

The one thing I believe would improve your service is if you adopted what some of your competitors do send text messages to update progress
