We asked for the package to be collected on a Monday - it was finally collected on the Wednesday (after several calls to Customer Services!)

We have recently had an some annual rises which unfortunately we have to pass on. PayPal is available should you wish to pay for it otherwise there is a free alternative.

Only complaint is that the 'pick-up' time could do to be more specific so you don't have to arrange a full day around it.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
