Service still let down by poor tracking info. Delivered Monday but account still shows label ready to print

The tracking details I can see shows "15-04-2013 09:35 Delivery Agent - DENMARK Delivered"
Still as good as it get with parcel delivery and I believe it is now the view of many out there!

A time slot would be a huge improvement and eliminate any frustration and time wasting with waiting in all day. Otherwise great service!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
