An AM or PM indication would really improve your service as you are stuck in all day waiting collection, or text to say collection time

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Parcel had obviously been carelessly handled before delivery, and was chucked into my porch damaging houseplants

Parcel collection stated all day and I didn't know what all day meant ie 7 am - 7 pm, 9 am - 5 pm etc. idea of collection window would help
