Your Carrier Night Freight didn't collect on the day arranged. Personel at the factory stopped back until 18:00, but then went home

The only improvement I could suggest is getting a collection time from the courier.

My parcel has still not been collected. It was due for collection Tuesday and its now 7pm on Thursday and it has still not been collected.

Your DX company failed to collect the parcel when ringing them they told me that the parcel had to be handed to them not left as usual.
