We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

it would be good if you coukd give an hours or 2 hours window as to when you can arrive to pick up parcel but otherwise very efficient

Process easy as usual. Courier collected with no problems. Prices seem to have increased for normal size parcels

We had an annual price rise from City Link on march 1st that has resulted in an increase but you should not see any further changes in price with that carrier until the same time next year.
Collection was as agreed, as was delivery. Drawback was lack of on-line tracking although staff helpful on the phone.
