For the love of god do not waste your time Courier are useless! Do not use just go to the post office instead much easier

The DHL driver was interested in having the customer archive copy, something to do with getting payment. In the end he scanned the label.

Parcel was held due to "insufficient address". Contacted them twice to try and sort it. NO REPLY.

Allow me to import addresses straight from "awaiting dispatch" in ebay. Also allow me to pay by PayPal- Collect+ do this and it's brilliant.

If you want to be used to send expensive items, you need to improve your insurance area, up to £2000

Try delivering the parcel then rather than bringing it 450 miles only to not contact me or deliver it and then just return to sender
