when i payed for delivery i read that it would be collected by 10am, but i had to wait around till 4pm, But overal a good affordable service

Our Response: The 1st April was a Bank Holiday which is why it was not collected until the next day.

Your driver didn't arrive until 5.30pm, by which time I'd almost given up hope. No idea if the parcel got there as the recipient didn't both
