The service description was misleading and my parcel was not delivered next day as described

Our Response: Thats because the next day was Good Friday which is a Bank Holiday. Next day is described as " Next working day" so therefore not a Saturday or Bank holiday.

i am sorry but we have no plans to move into this market.
i payed for next day delivery and it did not arrive till teusday and it got picked up on wednesday last week not a happy chap

Instruct the driver to sign the collection sheet, each of the last collections, i have had to call him back to do it, which he did not like
