Our Response: PayPal is a very expensive service and in order to keep our prices as low as possible to use this payment method does come with a 2% surcharge. A free alternative is available though.

Better web interface required for heavy or odd shaped parcels; kept changing the length from 3.9m to 1.9m at checkout. But delivered OK.
