We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Courier didn't turn up on agreed day and I had to ring twice the following day to confirm they were coming - finally arrived 6pm

You need to make your web site work properley, when I clicked on the low price option, it did not come up and I had to pay more, shame!

The low price option is size / weight restricted and also postcode restricted. One of these reasons would have been behind the fact it was not displayed.

An idea of the collection time would be even better. Parcels to China always have long delays other end tho not your fault.

You did your part excellent but Courier failed to pick up parcel twice! Customer did not appreciate waiting 3 days. Had to chase them too!

I presume everything went ok and the parcel was delivered. I have had no feedback, and parcelforce now state that I cannot track any more.

The order in question shows it was delivered and signed for in Sweden on 05.04.13 at 15:40 local time.
Parcel Monkey's own DX service is appalling, twice they haven't bothered to pick up from me & refund refused! Use Courier instead!
