why cant the courier call and give a more accurate time for collection . Waiting in all day is not good for business

You could provide a collection time frame. I waited in all day for an item to be collected. It was eventually picked up at 4.30pm.

We can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
