parcels were not picked up when said, no one took responsibility for that, parcels are now,1 week later,on their way without any redemption!

Our Response: PayPal is a very expensive service and in order to keep our prices as low as possible to use this payment method does come with a 2% surcharge. A free alternative is available though.
