Parcel collected as arranged but 1 week later it has still not been delivered! New DX service supposedly 1-2 days - not so far - not good

Courier didn't turn up on the day stated, waited in all day with no update. I called, eventually came late next day. Delivery was fine.

There is field for note for delivery only but you should have a note for collection as well -call prior to both to check people are at home.

After reading bad compliants I was highly surprised very good service

Unfortunately things do go wrong sometimes when goods are sent both within the UK and throughout the World.
