Parcel I sent was damaged when it arrived. Recipient didn't let me know within 24 hours so can't claim back cost of contents.

Paid for NDD didnt come untill 4 days after! Parcel was damaged and the packaging was damaged.

Our Response: Your item was collected the day before Good Friday so yes it would have been delayed due to the Easter bank holidays.
