Courier missed the pick up, and when I tried to rebook the courier I was thrown from on operator to another, when at the end I had to cancel

Only problem I found was tracking parcels realistically you need to log into your acc to track them otherwise good service

Parcel was supposed to be picked up Tues 2/4/13, contacted Courier today 5/4/13 and told it will be collected today, 6.26 pm and still here

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

hi my item was collected a day late and was not picked up until 6.50 pm on the day that it was collected so not very happy
