Pick up should have happened on the 12th, with countless calls to Night Freight from me and my customer it was on only pick up on Wednesday

My partner had to stay in until after 5pm for collection. Totally wasted day. Hourly slots or even AM/PM would be so much easier.

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
You did fantastic - Parcel arrived on time and in one piece. Bit cnfusing on label issue, and payment but enough to get my head round.
