Parcel collected as arranged but 1 week later it has still not been delivered! New DX service supposedly 1-2 days - not so far - not good

Courier didn't turn up on the day stated, waited in all day with no update. I called, eventually came late next day. Delivery was fine.

There is field for note for delivery only but you should have a note for collection as well -call prior to both to check people are at home.

I am sorry but the couriers we work with don't make calls prior to collection.
After reading bad compliants I was highly surprised very good service

Unfortunately things do go wrong sometimes when goods are sent both within the UK and throughout the World. Our combined success rate though does stand at over 97.5% currently and we always try our very best to help when problems occur. We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
