Item arrived damaged to the customer, although packed properly & "fragile, do not stack or drop" on 2 big signs on the top of the parcel.

I was very pleased with quck service however i was unable to track my parcel which would have been helpful.

You can track your parcel by using the green globe icon.
I think it would be better if prices were always quoted and shown including VAT, it is quite a shock when it is added at the end.

The inc vat price is shown beneath the non vat price.
Could have given email updates to confirm collection and delivery but overall good.

We understand your point but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Pick up times are very random which means you have to wait all day
