they had the wrong delivery address so I could not let them take the parcel as it would end up elsewhere

Our Response: The delivery address they had is correct as it goes to our international hub in the UK before moving on to the final destination you selected.
Superb service. You find the cheapest quote, I put in a few details. Courier turned up on time and delivered on time. Excellent.

When a Pallet Pick up is delivered, make sure delivery firm (in my case Night Freight) carrys a pallet truck. Also no tracking with ight Frk
