Not impressed you are charging old, loyal customers 2% paypal surcharge. Paypal is the way forward for businesses. Dont discourage its use.

If collection window could be offered with couriers that would be fantastic.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
