Full tracking is available via the green globe icon next to the order in question when viewed from your account.
PM was fine, but Parcelforce not helpful or efficient. Waited ages in queue and then guy came out to ask for pre labelled parcels.

Parcel was not collected on the day nobody rang, nobody apologised had to wait around another day for collection. Monkeys for sure!
