Although packed securely parcel arrived damaged and had to give a refund to the customer. Item was not handled with care.

Parcel collected 2 days late currier advised that instruction was not passed to them until the collection day. I booked it 4 days prior

The parcel has not been shipped yet. The Courier courier didn't pick up on 2 occasions on a guaranteed next day service.Very disappointed.
