Our Response: Did it get collected on time, has your customer contacted you asking where it is? Nightfreight are working on their tracking technology and the big improvements will be available next month.
If you could inform us the tracking no (the actual tracking no from final delivery, DHL, etc), will be great as the receiver can track it.
