Parcel has mysteriously vanished worth over £600 Courier collected and has not been delivered I am in the proceedings of legal advice

Pretty easy. But in fact I remember now I was very disappointed that the quote didn't include VAT. Also a time of collection would be good.

Did not keep me updated when parcel was held in customs. Only found out as consignee complained. No help when I tried to resolve matter.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
