parcel was not collected and only found out by chasing it up myself. I think you should email/phone customers. very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

The Courier was a day late. We had to refund the customer half of the delivery charge in the end.

This item arrived smashed to bits, It was wrapped in layers of bubble wrap too. Very upset as it was a charity donation for an auction.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
