No problems at all. To rate as "very" good I think I'd like to have more idea when pick up and delivery will happen. Timed slots perhaps?

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Next day service arrived after 2 days. Impossible to trace shipment. Impossible to find out info about shipment from confirmation email.

tracking was a bit flaky on Night Freight - didn't seem to work. Overall did the job and good price - will use again for sure !
