The Courier courier did not turn up again, I called but got no guarantee of collection, so had to drop off to depot myself.

The dimensions must be entered in cm, but some boxes are in inches only.

By having two methods of recording dimensions would cause confusion so we work in cm only. This form of measurement has been around for over 40 years in the UK so we think it's fair to assume people should know how to do it.

I'm not sure where you draw the line between yourselves and the couriers you promote but the courier i booked was rubbish.

excellent service most of the time until something does go wrong then very hard to deal with

We disagree as our dedicated online support team respond to most of the messages we receive inside 4 hours.
the courier did not arrive when booked and there is no tracking info. The helpline was engaged and the next morning just hold music. Poor.
