After experiencing examplary service for a while we recently had a delivery booked for 14th Aug which was failed to be picked up THREE times

Quick, cheap + easy to book. Would prefer am or pm notice so dont have to wait all day - CityLink turned up at 12.20 so not bad.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

No way of tracking delivery progress! This surely is fundamental to any parcels company. The overnight delivery turned up a day late
