I think the definitions you use like 'ariived at gateway' should be more comprehensible to the average Joe. eg 'Arrived in country'.

We display tracking information that is passed to us directly from the couriers system.
Great service, City Link collected parcels by 9am on date stated and delivered to destination by 9am the following morning - spot on!

With reminder email on the day, an indication of AM/PM collection/delivery would be very helpful & easy to do as routes organised by then

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
