Our Response: They had to reschedule the attempt on Friday but it is out for delivery today according to the tracking details.

Citylink van broke down but no-one phoned so stayed in ALL day! In the end took parcel to their depot in Ashford. Why take phone details??

Nightfreight are working on their tracking technology and the improvements will hopefully be available in late summer / early Autumn ready for the start of peak.
it was stated that a pc was being collected turned up here broken side panel, graphics card and motherboard broken not happy

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
