Why not add a system on the website that tells the customer an idea of pickup/delivery (as the route plan is known) rather than saying 8to6?

Have used other slightly cheaper 3-5 day couriers items arriving damaged, your City-link next day always arrive on time & intact

order was placed last Thursday for Friday collection. collection did not take place until Tuesday after 3 calls to Nightfreight

The parcel arrived a day later, but apart from that it was all right. I did enjoy the label printing service.

parcel was not collected and only found out by chasing it up myself. I think you should email/phone customers. very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!
