Shocking! would not use again. Night freight unable to handle parcel weight (95kg). "overnight" took 3 days and unable to track parcel!!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

I was told my parcel would be picked up on Wednesday the 17th of July. I had to call Courier twice! Parcel picked up on Monday 22 July

Delivery still not received. Received someone else's parcel. Still not rectified. My parcel was never collected!!
