Our Response: Tracking shows: 23/07/13 20:08 There was no one to receive the goods at the delivery point so a card was left.
My parcel is missing 3 items, I contacted Courier and they are investigating... But the time wasted calling and emailing them really dissapoints

Parcel collected Thursday and delivered in Frankfurt on Tuesday. More than happy but it did say 2 day service so maybe a bit late. Recommend

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
First time using this brilliant company. Simple to book and item picked up and delivered quick Competitive prices will use again when needed
