The collection and delivery were via City Link and there was no indication what time they would call for the item which was disappointing

although 4 parcels were measured and paid for collector was only able to take 3 as his bag was not large enough, annoying has to come back.

Our Response: The bag is the same size and if the measurements matched those declared at the time of booking then it should have fitted inside.

Parcel was not collected. Parcel force not aware of order. Parcel monkey closed for weekend and do not even have a phone number at all!
