its monday now and still waiting for parcel to be delivered, what's more no customer support, they keep putting phone down on you.

Our Response: You are our customer and should contact our dedicated online support team and not the courier if you need to raise an issue.
Parcel wasn't collected on said day and wasn't going to be collected the next until I rang up!!! Refund??

Very pleased as parcel contained a mirror and was received with no damage. Would have liked option to purchase reasonable insurance though.

It was not made clear that Customs Forms were required as Norway is not in EU. Parcel is currently HELD in some customs warehouse!
