Would have liked to use the new DX service but this did not come up as an option when I entered details of my parcel.

Waited in all day for an 1802 collection - even a 4 hr time slot indication would be a huge help.

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Our Response: Many of these are caused by stand in drivers covering for the regular courier drivers who are on holiday. Rest assured we will speak to the courier companies about this though.

The boxes were quite battered on arrival, with one small item having been broken. Apart from that I was very happy. Would recommend.
