We had to insure the full value of a keyboard we sent, but as it was a keyboard, we had no insurance anyway as it was not covered!

Phone instructions to leave parcel next door were twice not followed etc so parcel not delivered on time for charity event. Wont use again.

I expected and paid for same day delivery but received next day AM. I think this should have been communicated at payment. Otherwise OK.

Tracking said driver tried to deliver on Friday 26 and left note. This was incorrect. I queried this with City LInk. Delivered Monday.

The driver was lovely but the goods arrived broken in transit although well wrapped. It didnt arrive when expected.

Thank you and it's the nature of the business we are in. We are not the courier but if they fail then we get the bad review. Your account is with us so we accept we have to deal with your issue but we can't control the actions of individual courier drivers for example that may do things that upset our customers.

I told you twice that the post code on a second parcel was wrong but ignored me .You also took ages to pick up the phone & did not phone me

Collection didn't happen on the right day. No explanation. Nightfreight don't provide tracking. No idea if the parcel has been delivered.
