We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Both times I've used "drop at depot" someone has called to collect. Also - why isn't it cheaper to drop at depot?

Our Response: The reason City Link come to collect is down to their technology. The price isn't cheaper because we are charged the same if you select this service or have it collected.

I have heard it from my friend, the parcel was only received on 6th August, 4 out of 6 contents were found broken. Very disappointed!

parcel was collected just before 6pm by a flustered what looked like manager in a panic, dx usually collects way before then
