Our parcel arrived a day after the quoted date. The on-line track dates were out of sync.& under "delivered" it said NV with no explanation.

Overall great and woould use again. Only issue was getting the Tracker details - and I never got second response from your Customer Service

Courier didn't arrive for 3dys. I resubmited order for re-collection. New label was courer ref 000000, so I had to use old label. Confusing.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
So easy to deal with, gives me one less thing to worry about!
