Delivery took 3 days from Belfast to Harrogate - the tracking was showing it should have been a next day service.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

The courier has still not collected parcel, when contacted there staff were rude and unhelpful, nightfreight told us 'they hadn't had time!!

Nightfreight was useless. Turned up a day late, no explanation. Parcel monkey were very helpful though, chased courier and rang me back :-)
