I paid extra for Parcel force as it said I didn't need a printer for the label but found I did for the customs label & had to go to the PO

ZERO service: courier would not take the parcel as it would not fit in his bag - despite us inputting the exact size when booking. NO REFUND

Excellent service from Parcel Monkey but despite being collected on 3 September the parkage still hasn't been delivered by Courier.

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
