booked 24hr srvice, you changed it to 48hr during booking which I only find out when label is emailed - so parcel was late. You missold this

The parcel was not collected as agreed and when discussing this over the telephone no-one was helpful atall and basically told me get lost.

After experiencing examplary service for a while we recently had a delivery booked for 14th Aug which was failed to be picked up THREE times

Quick, cheap + easy to book. Would prefer am or pm notice so dont have to wait all day - CityLink turned up at 12.20 so not bad.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
