Very good service, but it's hard to get the cheeper option to work, I have tried twice and faild.

Our Response: The receiver would have been given a card to make arrangements for when they are available as they were not in when the first delivery was tried.
Can't seem to find a place to type in special delivery instructions when placing the order.

Courier picked up an entire day late with no explanation. Item arrived with damage to the outer (very hard packaging).
