Our Response: If we take an additional charge this is because it's fully valid as supported by evidence provided by the courier concerned. This is accepted and acknowledged by all customers when making a booking.

I didn't receive the transfer document to affix to the parcel, and five urgent e-mails to report this were completely ignored. WASTE OF TIME

The city link courier never knocked on the door he just posted a "while you were out" card through the door as I watched him, lucky I saw.

Royal mail didn't have the delivery on their system when we arrived. Although yours said it was confirmed!

Our Response: We only display "confirmed" once the couriers system has acknowledged the booking.
Very quick, extremely easy to navigate the site. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Took the stress out of moving!
