We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

We have a quick response CRM system that's operated via your account. We have to contact the courier to check on a number of issues so keeping you hanging on the telephone is not good business practice in our opinion.
Posted three items so far and everything got there on time and in one piece! Such an easy process and great value!
