We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

You should make it clear there's a charge for parcel not being picked up

Our Response: We do. If you book and the courier comes but you are not home then we are charged for their wasted journey.
Excellent service, they telephoned to see if they could collect the same day
