pparcels didn't get collected although I called Nightfreight the same day + was told they would be picked up at 5pn

was collected on Friday and was supposed to be a 24-hour delivery and it didn't get delivered until Tuesday afternoon .. NOT GOOD

I used a service that promised international delivery in 3-4 days, and week later I am still waiting for it. Website is easy to use though.

Our Response: I am sorry to read that your International order has been delayed in transit but we don't promise delivery in the couriers own timeframe that we display. There are numerous reasons why things can be delayed but if you contact our dedicated online support team they will look into this further for you. Once again sorry though.
The service I received was excellent and delivery of my item was very fast.

Dreadful. Parcel arrived a day late and broken. This item was not to fragile and the box is battered. It had obviously been thrown about.
