Good service but same complaint about charging regular customers 2% pp surcharge & need better customer service on a weekend please.

The couriers are not available for us to contact over the weekend which is why we don't respond to all CRM messages that need their help.
I booked the parcel for a customer for next day delivery and it arrived 4days later, the parcel was booked as air cargo on a flight leaving

Online chat is a costly waste of time as in most cases we have to contact the couriers themselves for answers and this leaves the customers hanging. Our CRM system is very quick for the majority of issues.
Would use again. Very quick and the collection was spot on and delivered a lot quicker than something I sent Air Mail through the Royal Mail

First attempted delivery was to a business at 20.19 and it had to with the business by 1730 which has encurred a financial loss for me.
