Utterly terrible service: only collected (a day late) after I said I'd drive the parcel to the destination myself and charge them for it.

Heavy awkward item (rug) needed 2 person lift. If I was unable to help then item couldn't have been loaded into the van. Otherwise okay.

Some operators now automatically email their customers with estimated collection times when the drivers schedules are run. This is useful.
