We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
a time for pick up or a call 2hrs before would be helpful so not a wasted day.

On the website I was told I didn't have to print anything, but was emailed a label to print. Also 3-4 day shipping took 8 days!
