I requested pick up after 1pm but the driver arrived at 11am. Luckily there was someone in. If 1pm was not possible I should have been told.

Full tracking is available via the green globe icon next to the order in question when viewed from your account. It shows 01/10/13 18:05 These goods have been successfully delivered.

package suppose to arrive in 2-3 days. it was on delivery after 4 days and not delivered for wrong address even i provided the phone n.

I asked that the parcel be marked FRAGILE - wasn't & the contents were broken!!
