I would have liked to know what time the parcel would be picked up (roughly, e.g. morning or afternoon, before 5pm, etc)

We would love to provide you with this information but unfortunately for now there has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid due to the restrictions of the couriers themselves.
It took far more then 3 days to delivery my parcel!

Very good rates. My parcels were all over 1.5m one was over 2metres, had difficulty finding a carrier until you.
